Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Remote Remote Entry Level $19 – $23/hour
Provide fast, friendly support via phone, email, and chat; document every interaction in the helpdesk (Zendesk/Freshdesk/Intercom); troubleshoot common issues, educate customers on products, and escalate appropriately; hit targets for first-contact resolution, SLA, and CSAT; contribute to macros/knowledge-base articles and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1+ year call center or customer-facing support Clear phone manner; empathy and de-escalation skills 40+ WPM; strong writing/grammar Comfort with switching between systems and multitasking Availability for evenings/weekends on a rotating schedule Quiet workspace and USB headset Basic troubleshooting for web/app issues
