Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, as well as excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in financial analysis tools and MS Office Suite is required, and knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards will be highly valued. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also important, as the role requires the ability to clearly explain complex decisions to both internal teams and clients.
